We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion two-day Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop on Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) System for Conducting training, held on February 28th & March 1st, 2025!
This insightful workshop, organized by the Ceramic Industry Skills Council (Ceramic ISC) and supported by the Accelerating and Strengthening Skills for Economic Transformation (ASSET) Project, took place at the ASSET Project Conference Room.
We were honored to have Shoaib Ahmad Khan, DG DTE, as our Chief Guest, and Irfan Uddin, Vice Chairman, Ceramic ISC, as our Special Guest. The workshop was expertly chaired by Mir Zahid Hasan, PD, ASSET.
Participants gained valuable knowledge and practical skills in CBT&A, which will significantly enhance the quality of TSTP and ADTP within the ceramic industry.
